Disobedience Live var en direktsänd dokumentär om fyra aktivister som ger sig av på en resa för att delta i en civil olydnadsaktion för klimatet.
Vad kan få dig att gå över gränsen?
I liked growing up in Säffle, I could go everywhere by myself on the bike. But I also felt that I had to move away, because you can not be someone in Säffle. That’s why I moved to Karlstad when I was 15. The two last years I started to feel that I want to move back, that I’m proud of being from there.
I’ve been really lucky to have the privilege to live on two different continents. I came to Spain and I fell in love with the social organizing here, how much people and communities were doing things for themselves.
I’m working within gender studies, and it means that I have a conceptualization of participation which is based on the idea of situated knowledge. Our understanding is that knowledge is partial.
My father gave me creativity, imagination and an identity from the day I was born. After he died it was even more important for me to keep on searching for a stronger identity, the saami culture, the saami language and going into theatre and poetry.
